RN Clinical Lead Position Overview:

RN Clinical Lead:
You will lead and support a team of CNAs and nurses who deliver compassionate, high‑quality care in the home setting. Reporting to the Branch Director, the Clinical Lead is responsible for providing and overseeing complete patient assessment, care planning, patient and caregiver education, evaluating progress toward goals and recommendations for changes in the plan of care.
  • Conduct initial and ongoing client assessments; develop and adjust individualized care plans
  • Perform supervisory field visits for skilled and private-duty clients
  • Provide hands-on care coverage including wound care, IV Infusion, and medication management
  • Supervise, mentor, and coach RN case managers, CNAs, and field caregivers
  • Direct all clinical compliance operations, including adherence to Joint Commission standards, state and federal standards.
  • Evaluates and assures proper maintenance of client clinical records, statistics, reports, and records in compliance with local, state, and federal laws, and organizational reporting.
What We Are Looking For our
RN Clinical Lead:
  • Current unrestricted Registered Nurse license in Washington State
  • Minimum three (3) to five (5) years of clinical experience with one (1) to two (2) year experience in a home health agency, primary care clinic or health facility, preferred.
  • Leadership, supervisory, ER, or ICU experience strongly preferred
  • Possesses exceptional nursing assessment skills; case management skill is a plus
  • Wound care and IV infusion clinical competency
  • Understands regulatory compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Possesses exceptional nursing assessment skills; case management skill is a plus
  • Value customer experience, and able to deal tactfully with clients, staff, and community.
Pay:
$50.00 - $56.00 per hour
