$40/hour
  • $48/hour + credit for experience
Schedule:
Monday
  • Friday, 8:00AM
  • 4:30PM, On-Call rotations (can be remote while on call). We know life happens

What You'll Do:
Ensure high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance by overseeing care plans, medication management, documentation, and adherence to assisted living licensure requirements. Collaborate with physicians and medical staff to assess residents, develop individualized health and service plans, and support residents through the aging process. Supervise, train, and support unlicensed staff, including competency training, staffing coordination, TB testing, and on-call assistance. Assist with resident admissions, maintain resident records, respond to emergency situations, and partner closely with leadership to support daily community operations.
What You'll Need:
Active, Unencumbered Minnesota Registered Nurse license Must be able to fluently read, write, and communicate in English 1-2 years of experience in a Long-Term Care setting preferred Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Benefits Available to
