Job Description
Lead and oversee ICU/CSU clinical operations, staff performance, and patient care delivery.
Promote a culture of safety, service excellence, and collaboration aligned with hospital Mission, Vision, and Values.
Manage staffing, scheduling, and resource utilization to ensure quality care and budget adherence.
Drive patient flow, quality outcomes, and core measure compliance.
Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop high-performing nursing teams.
Coach, mentor, and hold staff accountable through performance management and engagement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with CMS, Joint Commission, and evidence-based practice standards.
Address employee and patient concerns promptly and professionally.
Participate in hospital leadership meetings and committees as required.
Qualifications:
BSN required; MSN preferred. Current RN license in the State of Texas. 3-5 years of nursing leadership or supervisory experience in acute care. BLS and ACLS required. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Experience with service excellence culture, staffing optimization, and budget management. Knowledge of regulatory standards (CMS, Joint Commission). Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office). ARDCS or CCI certification preferred. Bilingual skills preferred. Why is This aGreat Opportunity :
