Clinical Nurse Manager Are you an experienced, tech-savvy nurse looking to make a meaningful impact from the comfort of your home? We are expanding our virtual care team and hiring dedicated Registered Nurse Care Managers. In this mission-driven role, you will deliver exceptional, real-time clinical support to patients recovering at home following acute care visits. By leveraging your nursing expertise and our telehealth platform, you will help vulnerable populations navigate their recovery journey safely and comfortably. If you are a compassionate communicator who thrives in an autonomous, fast-paced environment, we want you on our team. Key Responsibilities Deliver virtual, patient-centered care with empathy and clinical excellence. Triage patient concerns using evidence-based protocols and sound clinical judgment. Provide vital education, reassurance, and escalation support as necessary. Coordinate laboratory follow-ups, referrals, and diagnostic services across the broader care team. Document all patient interactions accurately within our EMR and communication platforms. Collaborate closely with advanced practice providers and operational teams to ensure high-quality care. Actively contribute to a team culture centered on respect, transparency, and accountability. Requirements & Qualifications Hold an active RN license in Compact State Hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Have a minimum of 3 years of post-licensure clinical experience as a Registered Nurse. Demonstrate hospital-based nursing experience, with Emergency Department experience being strongly preferred. Exhibit strong EMR proficiency and a tech-forward mindset for navigating clinical platforms and chat tools. Maintain a HIPAA-compliant remote workspace equipped with reliable high-speed internet, a quality webcam, and a microphone. Be available to work weekends, holidays, with 5, 8 hour shifts. 3 PM to 11 PM EST. Open availability is ideal Be eligible to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship. Why Work With Us?
