Premier Health is seeking a seasoned Risk Manager & Physician Relations (RN) to join our team. Local Candidate Requirement (Hybrid - Local Candidates Only) Applicants must reside within reasonable daily driving (approx. one hour) of Dayton, Ohio. While a hybrid schedule is available, regular on‑site presence is essential. Key Responsibilities

• Lead risk identification and mitigation efforts across system, hospital, and ambulatory settings
• Oversee proactive risk management initiatives
• Evaluate claims and support litigation management
• Serve as a consultant to executives, physicians, and staff on risk‑related matters
• Direct and monitor incident reporting processes
• Provide guidance and support to physicians proactively and throughout the claims process Qualifications
• Must be a Registered Nurse - Current Ohio RN license
• Master's degree in nursing or a related field preferred
• 3-5 years of relevant healthcare management experience
• Background in nursing, law, insurance, or claims
• Certification in Healthcare Risk Management (preferred)
