We're built on a simple belief: every person in our care should feel truly seen, truly known, and never alone. We're looking for a compassionate, experienced RN to serve as our Clinical Supervisor — the clinical backbone of everything we do. What This Role Is This is a per diem consulting position, not a full-time job. At launch, volume will be low — meaning your time commitment starts small and grows only as we do. When a new client comes on board, we schedule the in-home assessment together at a time that works for you. Beyond that, you'll be available by phone (within one hour) during active caregiver hours and conduct periodic re-evaluations as required under NJ HCSF regulations.
