Job Description

RN Home Health Clinical Supervisor (Excellent Full Benefits Package, Flexible Schedule, Competitive Compensation/Bonus Structure and much more!)
Responsibilities:
Completes initial comprehensive and ongoing assessment of patient and family to determine best services to meet their needs Coordination of services with the patient, family, and care giver team. Ongoing supervision of all professional and para-professional staff assigned to the patient.
