Build Something Better with PGS No bedside. No 12-hour shifts. No charting until midnight. If you're an RN who's tired of the floor but doesn't want to leave healthcare behind, read on. PGS is hiring an Operations Manager to lead our team and run the day-to-day delivery of our injury management and pre-employment programs. Your clinical background is what makes you right for this role — but you won't be touching patients. You'll be building the systems, leading the people, and driving the standards that make our service consistently better than what employers get anywhere else. This is a hands-on leadership seat. You'll own outcomes, not just oversee them. What You'll Actually Do Lead the team and work alongside them — assisting with case management and service delivery, not just supervising from above Hold the team accountable to clear standards — turnaround times, quality, client experience Find what's broken in our processes and fix it; build what doesn't exist yet Partner with our Medical Director on clinical quality and consistency Own the metrics that matter: service levels, turnaround, client satisfaction Remove bottlenecks, make decisions, keep things moving One thing to be clear about We're not big enough to need a hovering manager, and we don't want one. We need a leader who's in it with the team — taking cases when volume spikes, jumping in to unblock a tough situation, modeling the standard rather than just enforcing it. If you want a role where you sit in meetings all day and delegate everything, this isn't it. If you want to lead by doing, keep reading. A Note on Schedule We're a 24/7 operation because our clients' workforces don't stop. Most of your week will be standard business hours with a flexible hybrid arrangement — open to discussion based on the right candidate, but this is not a fully remote role. You'll need to be in our Port Allen office regularly to lead the team in person. Injuries happen at 2 a.m., and our team rotates on-call coverage on nights and weekends. You'd be part of that rotation. On-call shifts are paid separately on top of your base salary. If a predictable 9-to-5 with zero after-hours is what you're looking for, this isn't it. If you want leadership, ownership, and meaningful work — and you're willing to pick up the phone when it matters — keep reading. •

•Please copy & paste this link to complete a quick assessment: https://surveys.cultureindex.com/s/Xxj5D1yOWf/98258 Who This Is Built For You're probably a charge nurse, lead nurse, case manager, or clinical supervisor today. You've been the person who quietly fixes broken processes and holds your peers to a higher standard, often without the title or the pay to match. You're ready for both. You don't need a Director title on your resume.
You need:
An active RN license Real experience leading or coordinating people — formally or informally A track record of seeing what's broken and fixing it The spine to hold people accountable without being a jerk about it A roll-up-your-sleeves mindset — you're willing to do the work, not just direct it Clear communication and the judgment to make decisions without a committee Willingness to take part in our on-call rotation (paid additional) If you've been told "you should be running this place" more than once, we should talk. How We Operate — Our Core Values These aren't posters on the wall. They're how we hire, how we lead, and how we hold each other accountable. Customer Focused — We put the customer at the center of everything we do. We listen, anticipate, and deliver real value. Honesty & Integrity — We do the right thing, even when it's hard. We communicate transparently and own our mistakes. Self Motivated — We take initiative and follow through without needing to be pushed. Adaptable — We stay flexible, open-minded, and ready for change. We adjust quickly and find solutions. Willing to Serve — We lead with humility, step in where needed, and put mission before ego. If those resonate, you'll fit here. If they don't, you won't — and we'd both rather find that out now. What You Get Flexible hybrid schedule — significant time in our Port Allen office, with remote flexibility open to discussion $70,000-$85,000 base salary based on experience Additional pay for on-call coverage on top of base Health insurance, 401(k), paid time off A small company where your work is visible — what you build, you'll see working Real leadership development — you'll be set up to grow into broader operational ownership as we grow About PGS Prime Global Solutions is an occupational medicine company on a mission to make occupational medicine convenient, efficient, and responsive for employers nationwide. We help organizations keep workers safe, healthy, and on the job through injury management and pre-employment programs that are consistent, compliant, and genuinely better than what most employers are used to. We're growing — and we need an operator who can match that growth with structure and standards. •
