RN Supervisor 11-7 Berkshire Place Nursing and Rehabilitation Center - 3.4 Providence, RI Job Details Full-time $45 - $55 an hour 5 hours ago Qualifications Patient management software Healthcare software applications Full Job Description We are conveniently located at 455 Douglas Ave, Providence, RI 02908 Looking for a full time 11am-7pm Supervisor Mon-Friday and every other weekend $7500 (FT) sign on bonus. $45-55/hour! (depending on shift and experience) +$2 if you waive benefits! Flexible Scheduling! The RN Supervisor must have a current Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Rhode Island or compact state Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in long-term care/skilled nursing setting Proficiency in healthcare software (PCC) to keep track of all patients The RN Supervisor assists the administrator and oversees and coordinates nursing staff activities, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and compliance with healthcare regulations. They provide clinical guidance, conduct staff training, and handle patient care assessments to maintain efficient and effective nursing operations.
