Supervisor Department:
Nursing Reports directly to: Director of Nurses (DNS)
Schedule:
2nd shift (3pm-11pm), Monday
  • Friday (Select weekends on Call).
Pay:
$50
  • 55 per hour, $10,000
Sign-On Bonus Summary:
In this leadership role you will direct and oversee the daily clinical operations of the nursing units during your designated shift. The RN Supervisor ensures that all residents receive the highest quality of compassionate care while strictly adhering to state, federal, and facility regulations. You will serve as a clinical resource, a problem-solver, and a leader for LPNs, CNAs, and other support staff.

Education & Licensure:
Valid, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of [State]. Current CPR certification. Degree from an accredited nursing program.
Experience & Skills:
Minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience, preferably in a Skilled Nursing Facility, Long-Term Care (LTC), or post-acute rehab setting. At least one (1) year of supervisory or charge nurse experience. Strong working knowledge of SNF regulations, survey processes, and MDS (Minimum Data Set) basics. Proficiency in MatrixCare. Exceptional critical thinking, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
