LPN RN Supervisor

Duties:

Supports Nurse Management in the supervision and management of the day-to-day functions of the nursing department in accordance with current roles, regulations and guidelines that govern the long-term care facility Supervises nursing service personnel to ensure that they perform their jobs in accordance with the Nursing Services Policies and Procedures Manual Manages admissions, transfers, and discharges of residents Collaborate with physicians and other nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients

Qualifications:

LPN or RN License is required Prior experience preferred
