RN Supervisor Key Responsibilities:

Perform rounds at beginning of shift and frequently throughout the shift to assess proper care and condition of the residents Supervise, train, direct, and assign duties and follow-up as needed Notify administrative staff of any concerns, as directed Perform resident care duties as requested and required Work closely and communicate with residents and families in providing optimal individualized care Complete required forms and documents in accordance with company policy and state and/or federal regulations Oversee admission, discharge and transfer of residents Asses with any emergency in residential and skilled facilities in a professional manner Perform on call duties and as assigned Ready to Make a Difference?
