Nurse Supervisor (RN) Position Summary The Nurse Supervisor provides leadership and direction to nursing staff while ensuring high-quality patient care. This role requires a Registered Nurse with strong leadership skills, compassion, and a commitment to teamwork. The Nurse Supervisor supports staff, oversees clinical operations, and ensures compliance with applicable standards and regulations. Compensation is based on experience, education, certifications, and other organizational factors.
