We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Staff Development Coordinator to join our skilled nursing team and play a key role in developing, educating, and empowering our caregivers. In this role, you will help shape the future of resident care by leading employee education, supporting compliance, and ensuring our clinical team has the tools and training needed to succeed. What You'll Do Lead and coordinate new employee orientation and onboarding Ensure annual mandatory education and ongoing staff training are completed in accordance with state, federal, and company requirements Provide engaging in-service education and hands-on clinical training Coordinate employee health programs including immunizations, flu clinics, and physical requirements Monitor and maintain current staff licensure and certifications Maintain accurate employee education and health records Support recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of nursing staff as needed Promote a culture of learning, accountability, and excellence in resident care Ensure compliance with HIPAA, privacy standards, and regulatory guidelines What We're Looking For Active RN or LPN license in good standing 1-3 years of experience in healthcare, staff education, training, or leadership Strong communication and organizational skills Passion for teaching, mentoring, and team development Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred Why Join Our Team?
