7:00 AM•3:00 PM Full-Time (5 days/week) Every 3rd weekend rotation

Pay Range :

$26•$33 per hour (Wage based on experience and Bethany's wage scale) At Bethany Home, we are caring people, caring for people—and we're looking for a dependable and compassionate LPN to serve as our Assisted Living Charge Nurse.

What You'll Do :

Serve as the primary nurse for Assisted Living, overseeing resident assessments, orders, treatments, and medications Support ALF nursing staff with clinical guidance and day-to-day coordination Participate in daily huddles to communicate resident updates and priorities Assist with admissions and discharges within Assisted Living Collaborate with leadership on audits, compliance, and staff education Help coordinate transportation for resident appointments Support care conferences and assist with resident/family concerns Provide support across departments as needed to ensure quality care and team success

What We're Looking For :

Active LPN license in South Dakota Previous experience in a leadership or charge nurse role preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Highly organized with attention to detail Knowledge of long-term care regulations and compliance
