8:00 AM•4:30 PM (flexible based on department needs) Full-Time Rotating on-call responsibilities

Pay:

$67,000•$90,000 annually (based on licensure, experience, and leadership background) At Bethany Home, we are caring people caring for people—and we're looking for a strong clinical leader to join our team as a Nurse Manager.

What You'll Do:

Partner with the Director of Nursing (DON) to lead and support nursing staff Oversee staffing to ensure safe, quality resident care Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing staff development Conduct performance evaluations and support employee growth Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and Bethany policies Participate in care planning, assessments, and resident service coordination Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and the care team Support admissions, transitions, and changes in resident condition Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and compassionate care

What We're Looking For:

Active RN or LPN license in South Dakota Leadership or supervisory experience in a healthcare setting preferred Strong communication and team leadership skills Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities Knowledge of long-term care regulations and compliance
