$77,100.21 - $104,312.32 per year How you'll make an impact in this role:
Unit & Staff Leadership:
Manage daily workflows, nursing resources, and the complete talent lifecycle (hiring, training, and evaluating) for assigned units.
Patient Safety & Care Quality:
Resolve operational issues affecting care delivery and mitigate safety hazards to guarantee a secure, high-quality resident environment.
Regulatory Compliance:
Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure total alignment with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
Budgetary Oversight:
Monitor expenditures, approve purchases, and manage the unit budget to ensure strict compliance with financial guidelines. What minimum qualifications you'll need: Licensure / Certification /
Registration:
Required Credential(s): BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Education:
