Job Description

Allergy, Asthma and Immunology Center - Dr. Ty Prince, PLLC , an independent physician practice, is looking for a detail oriented, self-motivated, high-energy
CLINICAL POD SUPERVISOR
to join our clinical team in our Clarksville office with occasional travel to Dickson . Position Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following: Supporting our Physicians and Nurse Practitioners in a clinical setting by taking medical histories, recording vital signs, preparing and administering medications, processing pharmacy orders and refills, obtaining Prior Authorizations, educating patients/ families regarding testing and treatment recommendations, preparing patients for examination, performing procedures such as skin testing and pulmonary function testing, and accurately documenting the patient encounter in the relevant EHR system (eCW). Working independently under the direction of our Physicians and Nurse Practitioners in our allergy shot clinic by preparing and administering injections and accurately documenting the encounter in a separate EHR system. Additional company-wide leadership responsibilities include creating and managing team schedules, coordinating and approving staff time-off requests, maintaining employee training check-offs and competency documentation, and providing ongoing staff education, onboarding, and clinical training to support compliance, consistency, and quality patient care across all office locations. Occasional travel may be required for training, education, and support between office locations and other designated sites. Approved travel expenses will be covered by the company in accordance with company policy.
Requirements:
Graduate of RN Program RN license preferred One year of clinical experience Previous experience administering injections required Team player committed to a positive workplace and exceptional customer service Position requires frequent standing during shift
