• 6:00 PM) , making it a great opportunity for a nurse looking for a structured weekend leadership role.

Position Summary:

The RN Weekend Supervisor is responsible for overseeing nursing operations during the weekend shift, ensuring quality resident care, staff support, and regulatory compliance. This role works closely with the interdisciplinary team to promote a positive and efficient care environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support nursing staff throughout the shift Provide direct nursing care as needed, including assessments, medication administration, and documentation Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations Respond to clinical concerns and emergencies Promote a collaborative and team-focused work environment

Qualifications:

Nursing degree from an accredited program Current, active, and unencumbered Tennessee RN license or compact license Current CPR certification Previous long-term care and/or supervisory experience preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
