This leader is responsible for guiding the hospital's strategic direction, ensuring high-quality patient care, optimizing operational efficiency, and fostering a positive organizational culture. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management, leadership, and a commitment to improving patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

Associate's Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred. Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Tennessee or compact state required. Minimum 1 year of related clinical experience required. Prior related clinical leadership experience required. Will consider previous Charge Nurse/Supervisor/Lead experience Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Salary Range:

$43.70 - $65.48/hour
