JOB SUMMARY

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations of multiple oncology clinics and infusion centers, ensuring high-quality, safe, and efficient patient care. This role leads both clinical and administrative teams, supports staff development, and ensurespliance with healthcare regulations andanizational standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Operations & Leadership Oversee staffing, scheduling, and daily clinic/infusion center operations Supervise, hire, train, and evaluate clinical and administrative staff Conduct staff rounding and lead team meetings Manage team performance, development, and retention Patient Care & Quality Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality oncology and hematology care Monitor patient satisfaction and implement improvement plans Support coordination of care across providers and departments Compliance & Documentation Maintainpliance with HIPAA and regulatory agencies (Joint Commission, OSHA, CLIA) Ensure accurate documentation, billing, and medical record management Oversee pre-authorizations, claims, and revenue cycle processes Financial & Administrative Oversight Manage budgets, payroll, and operational expenses Monitor billing, collections, and financial performance Oversee supply management and vendor coordination Program Development Develop policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives Analyze performance metrics and implement process improvements Support staff training and professional development

QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Credentials Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business, or related field RN license required (or Pharmacist/Medical Technologist preferred) Oncology certification preferred Experience 3+ years in healthcare (oncology preferred) 2+ years in leadership/management role Experience in multi-provider or clinic setting Skills Strong leadership and team management Knowledge of healthcare regulations andpliance Experience with EMR systems and Microsoft Office Financial and operational management experience

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
