  • House Supervisor Shifts Available:
    Day shift 6:45 a
  • 7:15 p Nightshift 6:45 p
  • 7:15 p (with shift diff) Lead With Compassion Knoxville Center of Behavioral Medicine is seeking a caring and capable House Supervisor to support our nursing team and ensure safe, high-quality care for our patients.
If you're a natural leader with a heart for behavioral health, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Oversee patient care and nursing operations during your shift Respond to high-risk or complex patient needs Manage staffing, scheduling, and resources Support and guide nursing staff through coaching and training Ensure accurate documentation and policy compliance Act as the on-site leader for clinical and administrative needs What You'll Bring RN license (TN) & BLS certification required Psychiatric/mental health nursing experience preferred Leadership or charge nurse experience a plus Strong communication and critical-thinking skills BSN preferred, not required Why KCBM?
