Amazing opportunity for an experienced Surgery Center Manager! State-of-the-art facility, Ophthalmology only, Monday through Friday days only, no surgeries on Fridays or weekends! We are looking for a strong, proven leader, that is first interested in outstanding patient care, then consistent, outstanding employee experiences! Only experienced candidates will be considered. The ASC Manager oversees all clinical operations of the ambulatory surgery center, ensuring high-quality patient care, compliance with regulatory standards, and efficient business performance. This role requires leadership in managing surgical services, particularly in ophthalmology procedures such as cataract surgery, glaucoma procedures, and other outpatient eye surgeries. This position is a "working" leadership role that participates in patient care activities adhering to the requirements of all aspects of the surgery center. This position requires a Bachelor's degree in nursing (Master's preferred), current RN license in Tennessee, ACLS and BLS certifications (or obtain upon hire). Preferably 5 years of experience in ASC management, ideally in ophthalmology. Knowledge of ambulatory surgical procedures, CMS Conditions for Coverage, The Joint Commission standards, and HIPAA regulations. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills required.
