Night Shift How you'll make an impact in this role:Lead & Mentor Teams:
Direct, educate, and supervise nursing and support staff, ensuring peak performance through hands-on mentorship and meaningful performance evaluations.Optimize Clinical Operations:
Exercise independent judgment to manage daily patient care assignments, balancing staff productivity with high-quality, population-appropriate care.Strategic Resource Management:
Oversee unit logistics, including supply availability and shift planning, while swiftly resolving patient care concerns through established institutional channels.Drive Unit Excellence :
Prioritize complex patient and physician dynamics and provide critical input on key personnel decisions, including hiring, transfers, and promotions What minimum qualifications you'll need: Licensure / Certification /Registration:
BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross Accepted. Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. One or more of the following required: Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross Accepted. Required if working in adult critical care setting. Certification specializing in TheS.T.A.B.L.E
Program obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date. Required if working in labor & delivery setting. Certification specializing in Neonatal Resuscitation credentialed from the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Required if working in labor & delivery setting. Pediatric Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross Accepted. Required if working in pediatric critical care setting.Education:
