RN - Clinical Manager (Operating Room) | Days Cypress, TX Full-time Day Shift opportunity On-site position in Cypress, TX No visa sponsorship available $89k to $134k/year + Benefits Requirements Active Texas RN License or active Compact RN License with no stipulations/disciplines BSN required BLS Certification required Minimum 2 years of acute care OR experience Minimum 3 years of current OR leadership/management experience (Supervisor, Assistant Clinical Manager, Clinical Manager, or Director level) Updated resume with accurate job dates and unit experience Preferred Qualifications Robotics OR experience preferred Neuro OR experience preferred Strong communication and leadership skills Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the Operating Room department Lead, mentor, and support OR nursing staff Ensure high standards of patient care, safety, and regulatory compliance Coordinate staffing, workflow, and clinical operations Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes Support quality improvement initiatives and department performance goals

$89,000.00 - $134,000.00 per year
