Care for a diverse range of medical and surgical diagnoses in a dynamic, evolving environment. While major cardiac recovery is not currently part of our scope, our program is actively growing. The unit experiences a mix of acuity that is balanced by shifts which allow for focused, thoughtful patient care—not just constant hustle and bustle. Enjoy a small community feel with a tight-knit, family-like atmosphere where colleagues know and support one another. Here's What You Need Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing

• Required Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Preferred Minimum 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting
• Required 2 or more years of experience in an acute care setting
• Preferred RN
• Registered Nurse License
• Required upon hire BCLS
• Basic Cardiac Life Support
• Required prior to providing independent patient care; must be maintained quarterly ACLS
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support
• Required within 90 days of hire CPI
• Crisis Prevention Intervention Training
• Required within 90 days of hire A high degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
