Full Job Description Overview:
We are currently seeking an Assisted Living/Memory Support Nurse Manager who will work in coordination with the Assisted Living/Memory Support Administrator to direct and supervise the Trinity Terrace Assisted Living and Memory Care areas consistent with applicable state and federal law. Trinity Terrace is a beautiful and vibrant senior living community that has been serving Fort Worth seniors for more than 100 years. Trinity Terrace offers care and support in various areas such as Assisted Living, Memory Care and Skilled Nursing. We are very proud of our history, our established reputation for excellence, and our community's long-standing financial stability.
Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday from 9:00am-5:00pm
About You:
Current licensure as an LVN in the state of Texas is required. Must have a minimum of 2 years of LVN experience in a long term care or related field. Requires a minimum of 1 year experience as a Nurse Manager. Previous experience in an Assisted Living and/or Memory Support environment is highly preferred. Must possess (or in a timely fashion) obtain a working knowledge of state and federal regulations regarding the operation of a health care facility as well as OSHA regulations.
