The Women's Services Nurse Manager will guide a maternity and perinatal program within women's and children's services that spans labor & delivery, maternal child health (MCH), and obstetrics (OB). Anchored in a Level II Trauma Center, this high-volume unit features strong physician collaboration, advanced care capabilities, and a focus on safety, quality, and patient experience, providing exposure to complex, high-acuity cases in a well-supported environment, and this role offers the autonomy to drive unit performance and team development, with strong system resources and clear pathways for leadership growth. The Women's Services Manager will report to a Director of Women's and Children's/Perinatal Services and partner closely with OB leadership, anesthesia, neonatology, and case management.
