Touchstone Communities is seeking a compassionate and organized LVN Charge Nurse to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing care of residents in our senior living and long-term care facilities across Texas. The ideal candidate will have a passion for elder care and a commitment to ensuring the highest level of tailored care and support. As an LVN Charge Nurse, you will manage a team of nursing staff, coordinate with other healthcare professionals, and ensure compliance with all health care regulations and standards. This position offers a unique opportunity to be a pivotal part of a community that values comprehensive, individualized healthcare for its residents. Lead and direct the nursing staff in the delivery of patient care. Monitor patient care for quality. Implement patient care plans in conjunction with the healthcare team. Supervise nursing staff and provide clinical direction. Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and maintain records. Participate in staff training and development. Coordinate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Comprehensive understanding of healthcare regulations and standards. Ability to create and manage care plans. Proficient in patient care and safety techniques. 401k Current LVN license in the state of Texas. CPR certification. IV certification desirable.
