The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to fostering a compassionate, safe, and efficient environment. This role offers an opportunity to oversee daily nursing operations, coordinate patient care plans, and ensure compliance with healthcare standards. Candidates with experience in critical care, long-term care, assisted living, or hospital environments are highly encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Provide clinical leadership by supervising nursing staff, ensuring adherence to care protocols and maintaining high standards of patient safety. Coordinate and prioritize patient assessments, vital signs monitoring, and medical documentation using Point Click Care. Oversee medication administration, including injections, IV infusions, catheter care, and pain management strategies tailored to individual needs. Facilitate communication among multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive discharge planning and case management strategies. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and infection control protocols while maintaining accurate medical records and documentation. Assist with complex procedures such as airway management, tube feeding, venipuncture, and sterile processing when necessary. Support staff development through coaching on clinical skills such as physical examinations, diagnostic evaluation, and specialized care including dementia, Alzheimer's disease, or memory care patients. Qualifications Valid RN (Registered Nurse) with current state certification. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology. Experience working with diverse patient populations including geriatrics, individuals with developmental disabilities or dementia-related conditions. Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems like Point Click Care for accurate medical documentation. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage staff effectively. Knowledge of infection control practices, sterile technique is advantageous. Excellent communication skills combined with a compassionate approach to patient care and team collaboration.
