Position Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our clinical team. This role provides direct nursing care to residents while supporting a collaborative and values-driven work environment. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with physician orders and care plans Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely Monitor and document resident conditions and report changes appropriately Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure optimal resident outcomes Uphold infection control, safety, and regulatory standards Provide guidance and support to CNA team members Demonstrate CAPLICO values in daily interactions with residents, families, and teammates Qualifications Current and valid LVN/LPN license in Texas Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care Ability to work 12-hour shifts (6-6), including weekends and holidays as needed What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Flexible scheduling (day and night shifts available) Opportunities for growth within the Ensign family of companies Supportive leadership and a positive team culture Ongoing training and development Why Join Us?
