In the emergency department environment, the Trauma Nurse Manager or Emergency Department Nurse Manager will step into a high-impact leadership role in a fast-paced, high-volume emergency department serving a diverse and growing community. As an ER Nurse Manager, you will lead day-to-day operations with strong physician and administrative support, while driving quality, patient safety, and throughput improvements.
