Evening Shift 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM 40 Guaranteed Hours Weekly 30-Minute Meal Break Position Overview "Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor for a 14-week travel assignment in Irving, TX. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing nursing operations, supervising clinical staff, ensuring quality patient care, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and facility standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent clinical judgment, and experience managing nursing staff in fast-paced healthcare environments. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts Coordinate daily clinical operations and patient care activities Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality patient care Monitor staffing coverage and workflow efficiency Provide clinical guidance and support to nurses and support staff Assist with patient assessments, care planning, and escalation of clinical concerns Ensure compliance with facility policies, safety standards, and infection control protocols Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams Participate in admissions, transfers, and discharge coordination when needed Handle incident reporting, documentation review, and quality assurance processes Support staff training, mentoring, and performance improvement initiatives Requirements Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required Previous RN supervisory or leadership experience preferred Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment Experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing settings preferred For more details reach at About Navitas Healthcare, LLC certified WBENC and one of the fastest-growing healthcare staffing firms in the US providing Medical, Clinical and Non-Clinical services to numerous hospitals.
