RN Manager - Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Baylor Scott & White Health | Waxahachie, TX Full-Time | Days Baylor Scott & White Health in Waxahachie is seeking an experienced RN ICU Manager to lead our growing 18‑bed Mixed ICU at a Magnet®‑recognized hospital. This is a unique opportunity to join a low‑turnover, high‑performing team during an exciting period of facility expansion and program growth , including our journey toward Level III Trauma designation . Position Overview The RN Manager is responsible for the leadership and operational oversight of the ICU, ensuring exceptional patient care, strong staff engagement, and continued program development. This role partners closely with executive leadership, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to support clinical excellence and future growth.
