About the Role As our Health Services Director , you will oversee the clinical and operational functions of our care department , ensuring our residents receive exceptional, compassionate care—and that our team members feel supported, valued, and set up to succeed. You'll lead a dedicated care team Caregivers and Medication Technicians with the support of two Care Leaders , helping guide day-to-day operations while keeping our mission— where kindness counts —at the center of everything you do. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee all clinical operations within the community Ensure compliance with all Utah state regulatory requirements Develop and maintain accurate, individualized care plans that reflect each resident's needs and dignity Ensure care plans are properly executed with consistency and compassion Promote the highest standards of care, safety, and kindness Recruit, train, and retain a strong, compassionate care team Ensure appropriate staffing levels to support both quality care and team well-being Provide hands-on leadership , coaching, and daily support to team members Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and kindness Participate in the Manager-on-Duty rotation , supporting overall community operations Be available on-call as needed to support clinical operations and team needs Continuously seek solutions and improvements that enhance both care and team experience Schedule Full-time, Monday - Friday Participation in a Saturday Manager-on-Duty rotation (When scheduled on a Saturday, you'll receive a day off during the week) On-call as needed to support residents and team
Compensation & Benefits Salary:
