This role is responsible for overall clinical oversight, regulatory compliance, quality outcomes, and staff leadership. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with deep knowledge of Medicare Conditions of Participation (CoPs) and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. Key Responsibilities Provide leadership and oversight of all clinical services for the home health agency Ensure compliance with Medicare and state regulations, including CoPs Oversee clinical managers, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of clinical documentation (OASIS expertise required) Prepare for and manage state and federal surveys/audits Monitor clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, and agency performance metrics Partner with executive leadership on strategic planning and operational goals Oversee staffing, productivity, and clinical workflows Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention of clinical staff Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Utah 2-3+ years home health experience required Strong knowledge of Medicare CoPs, OASIS, and home health regulations Proven leadership and team management skills Experience with EMR systems and clinical documentation review Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Benefits Competitive pay, Generous
