Across Surgical Services and Perioperative Services, the Operating Room Nurse Manager guides OR and Surgery workflows that span pre-op through recovery, leveraging a Regionally recognized cardiac surgery program, Multi specialty robotic services, Orthopedic surgery, Heart Surgery, EMT alignment, a leading GI Lab, Oncology pathways, Pediatrics, and OBGYN, all elevated by being Awarded for excellence in nursing and Part of reputable healthcare system.
Reporting to a Director of Perioperative Services, the Operating Room Nurse Manager partners with the CNO, anesthesia, sterile processing, educators, informatics, and service-line leads; the Operating Room Nurse Manager oversees staffing, budgets, block utilization, turnover, accreditation readiness, infection prevention, and surgeon relations—supported by friendly nurses and a diverse, collaborative care team.
