Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Join a collaborative, patient-centered team in Alexandria, VA! This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced RN leader to oversee clinic operations within a PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) setting, delivering coordinated, high-quality care to an aging population. Key Responsibilities Lead daily clinic operations to ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality care delivery Supervise and support both clinical and non-clinical staff Maintain compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support participant-centered care Drive operational excellence in a fast-paced clinical environment Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing Minimum 4 years of clinical leadership experience Current CPR certification Experience with geriatric populations or PACE programs preferred Bilingual skills (Spanish, Farsi, Tagalog, or Arabic) strongly preferred Benefits Competitive salary + retention and referral bonuses Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match (day one eligibility) Generous PTO, including paid birthday off Why Join?
