We are seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to oversee clinical operations, support staff, and ensure exceptional resident care in our skilled nursing facility.

What You'll Do:

Oversee daily operations of your assigned nursing unit Supervise, support, and mentor nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs) Ensure high-quality resident care and compliance with all regulations Coordinate care plans with interdisciplinary teams Monitor staffing, scheduling, and performance Assist with admissions, discharges, and clinical documentation Promote a positive and team-oriented work environment

Qualifications:

Active RN license (Virginia) Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing strongly preferred Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills Passion for resident-centered care
