Job Description

Category Nursing - Nurse Manager Job Type Direct Hire Take on a dynamic leadership role in a newly established pharmacy and infusion suite dedicated to delivering both acute and specialty infusion therapies in the suite and in patient homes. As the first nurse in this expanding program, you'll play a pivotal part in shaping exceptional clinical care while managing a multifaceted nursing service. This role offers up to $120,000 annually for an experienced Nurse Supervisor ready to make a lasting impact.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm (variable) Participation in on-call rotation (nights/weekends as needed) Ability to drive up to one hour one way to reach patients' homes Must be comfortable working in environments with pets or cigarette smoke
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and coordinate skilled nursing care for patients receiving both acute and specialty drugs Implement and manage physician orders related to all aspects of nursing care Select, train, and mentor future nursing staff as the program grows Ensure that orientation, competency, and continuing education standards are met for the department Oversee all patient documentation to ensure timely and regulatory-compliant completion Collaborate with operations leadership on clinical/administrative policy, workflow, and performance optimization Remain available to respond immediately to emergencies and support continuous operations during non-standard hours Participate actively in multi-disciplinary planning for clinical program initiatives
Required Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Nursing program (BSN required, MSN preferred) Active RN license in good standing At least 1 year of recent supervisory or administrative management experience in home health, infusion, or a related field Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience in home infusion, specialty infusion, oncology, IV therapy, or critical care (pediatrics preferred) Confident in monitoring and managing all types of IV lines and vascular access devices Proficiency with MS Office and electronic documentation platforms Valid driver's license If you're ready to help launch and lead an innovative infusion nursing service and thrive in a hands-on, evolving environment, apply today to advance your leadership career in patient-centered care.
