This is an on-site role for a Clinic Director (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) in Charlottesville, VA. The position can start part-time with the option to transition to full-time based on clinic growth. This is not traditional "sick care." You'll work with motivated patients who want to feel better and improve their quality of life—without the stress of hospital settings, insurance-driven care, or late-night shifts. The Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner will provide direct patient care, perform evaluations, interpret labs, prescribe treatments under physician supervision, and guide patients through personalized wellness plans. Duties:

Evaluate patients for low testosterone and prescribe hormone therapy under physician supervision Assess and treat erectile dysfunction with personalized treatment plans Conduct new patient consultations and review lab results Educate patients on treatment options and expected outcomes Administer intramuscular and PRP injections Collaborate with Medical Assistants and front desk staff to deliver a high-quality patient experience Maintain clinic performance and patient satisfaction goals Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations Develop and manage ongoing patient care plans Perform additional duties as needed Qualifications Must be a licensed Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) Active Virginia license (or ability to obtain) Preferred but not required: Experience in men's health, hormone therapy, or urology Experience with injections or procedural treatments Core skills: Strong clinical knowledge and patient care skills Ability to perform physical exams and interpret lab results Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Team-oriented with strong attention to detail Gameday is an innovative men's health center specializing in testosterone replacement therapy, erectile dysfunction, weight management, and PRP.
