ER Unit Supervisor Responsibilities:

Front line leader who is accountable for delivering highly reliable results related to Quality and Best Practices to improve clinical operation of the unit, Embraces; uses and understands the research behind nursing practice and quality tools. Minimum Requirements:

Requires at least one year of Registered Nurse Clinical experience Associate Degree RNs within one year of completing their BSN BLS required. Licensed to practice as an RN in the Commonwealth of Virginia More than 2 years of Registered Nurse Clinical Experience in the ED, with experience as charge or supervisory responsibilities. BSN or MSN preferred Strongly prefer current

ACLS and PALS Preferred Qualifications:
