- RN (Memory Care Unit) Carriage Hill Health & Rehab Center, in Fredericksburg, VA is looking for an energetic, compassionate, and dedicated RN Unit Manager to join our team.

Coordinate, manage and evaluate resident care and unit operations Monitor timely, concise documentation of resident care in EMR Provide pertinent information regarding resident care to physicians when making rounds Evaluate staff performance and oversight of direct care performance Assure compliance with principles of infection control and universal precautions Come work in a safe environment and be part of a team that is driven by our mission: to provide peace of mind to those we care for: our patients, residents, families and staff. Drug Free & EOE Qualifications Qualifications:
