As Needed Vinson Hall (VH), a premier Continuing Care Retirement Community located in McLean, VA, is seeking an energetic and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Home Health department. Graduate of an accredited nursing program Current LPN license in the Commonwealth of Virginia Current CPR certification One year of experience in medical/surgical, long-term care, or Assisted Living preferred Experience working with older adults preferred Responsibilities Provide direct care to residents Assist with resident assessments and report any changes in condition Communicate with physicians to update care plans when needed Administer medications and treatments and document all care Help coordinate pharmacy services for residents Supervise nursing staff when serving as Charge Nurse Monitor residents and ensure proper documentation is completed Conduct rounds to ensure care and policies are being followed Respond to emergency situations and document appropriately Ready to Make a Difference?
