Compensation:
$80,000 - $88,000 annually The Opportunity Alto Healthcare Staffing is hiring a Clinical Coordinator to support a growing Nursing Program in Norfolk, VA. This is a leadership opportunity for an RN who is passionate about education, enjoys building relationships with clinical partners, and wants to play a key role in shaping future nurses. The Job Coordinate and schedule student clinical placements Build and maintain relationships with healthcare partners Ensure clinical experiences align with program goals Support, mentor, and evaluate clinical faculty Track compliance for students and faculty Conduct clinical site visits and support student progress Assist with program planning and improvement initiatives Provide occasional teaching support as needed The Fit Active, unencumbered RN license (VA or compact) Master's degree in Nursing required 2+ years of RN experience Teaching or clinical instruction experience preferred Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills Ability to build partnerships and support program growth If you're passionate about shaping the next generation of nurses while strengthening clinical partnerships, we'd love to connect.
