Key Responsibilities:

Oversee nursing personnel, hospice aides, homemakers, support, and clerical staff in collaboration with the management team. Participate in management discussions to address service delivery challenges and staff development needs while recommending policy and procedure enhancements. Conduct ongoing assessments of patient and family needs, ensuring the implementation of a comprehensive interdisciplinary care plan. Set a high standard for colleagues in terms of professionalism, conduct, and performance. Contribute to the orientation and training of new employees through engaging classes.
