PRN Resource Pool:

Work flexible hours at all facilities Key Responsibilities Provide direct resident care, including medication administration Complete timely and accurate electronic health documentation (EHR) Manage admission, transfer, and discharge documentation Update and maintain care plans and routine charting per facility policies Report changes in condition to the Nurse Supervisor Collaborate with physicians regarding resident care, treatment, and rehabilitation Review and follow treatment plans, medication orders, diets, and care directives Ensure adequate medical supplies and equipment are available on each shift Support the safe operation of all nursing service equipment Qualifications Unencumbered RN or LPN license in Virginia (or eligible to sit for boards) BLS required (ACLS preferred) Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation preferred Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift/move 50+ lbs routinely Full-Time Employee Benefits 401(k) with employer match Health, Dental & Vision Insurance Flexible Spending Account Paid Time Off (PTO)
