Cornerstone Education is a new affiliate organization of YAD Healthcare dedicated to advancing education, strengthening clinical competencies, and investing in the development of our frontline staff. We are now looking to hire three (3) Regional Director Nurse Educators.
Breif Job Description:
We are looking for an individual who will be responsible for implementing clinical education programs across multiple skilled nursing facilities within an assigned region. The regions are in SE This role partners closely with the Director fo Nursing Education and facility leadership teams to improve clinical competency, enhance quality outcomes, and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement. The Regional Clinical Nurse Educator will serve as a guide and resource for the nursing staff, helping nurses and CNAs build confidence, strengthen clinical skills, and provide quality resident centered care. This individual will report to the Director of Nursing Education.

Education, Licensure, and Experience:
RN license (may consider LPN with previous management experience) Minimum of 5 years nursing experience in long-term care, skill nursing and post-acute care setting. Previous leadership experience preferred (DON, ADON, SDC, Unit manager or similar role) Knowledge of the survey process, infection control, quality measures and clinical operations within a long-term setting preferred. Must be willing to travel to frequently to said facilties. #YAD123
