We are committed to enhancing the quality of life for our patients and are seeking a skilled Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support our nursing leadership team.

Responsibilities:

Assist the Director of Nursing in overseeing daily nursing operations. Coordinate and supervise nursing staff to ensure quality care delivery. Assist in the development and implementation of care plans and policies. Monitor patient care and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Participate in staff training and development programs. Address and resolve any patient or staff concerns as they arise.

Qualifications:

Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid New York State license. Previous experience in long-term care or similar healthcare settings. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and supporting nursing staff.
