Responsibilities:
The Unit Manager is responsible for the delivery of resident/patient care through utilization of the nursing process, and through coordination and supervision of the nursing personnel providing care. Provides clinical supervision of resident/patient care. Provides 24-hour accountability for resident/patient care. Provides oversight and leadership of nursing care in compliance with state and federal regulations; joint commission standards; accepted standards of nursing practice; quality outcomes; and excellent customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Two years long term care and acute care experience preferred
